Freemake Video Convertor
This is a real nifty utility app. With the Plug-Ins available for either Firefox and Chrome you can
be watching a video on YouTube and then immediately convert and download the video as an MP3.

The plug-ins come when you install the convertor program iteself so make sure you check Install Firefox
Plug-In and/or Install Chrome Plug-In during installation.

The program itself is great for converting flash or FLV files you already have scattered about your computer.
BTW, you arent limited to MP3s. The conversion can be in many formats.
